Register your new Dance Den account!
We would appreciate it if you would register your child in the new system as soon as possible, you’ll then be able to purchase class credits and book in for classes next week when term 4 begins.
Completing the registration form
- Please use your child’s name, date of birth and health/medical issues in the form.
- The remaining fields in the registration form is for you, the parent/guardian.
- If you have multiple children attending classes, each child will need their own registration form to be completed.
- Whilst each registration needs a unique email address, a simply technique is to use the + method.
Example: If your email address is smiths@gmail.com, you can use smiths+Jess@gmail.com, and smiths+Noah@gmail.com, and emails sent to any of these addresses will all arrive in your original smiths@gmail.com inbox. This is a common method for creating aliases.

- You can use the same password for each child’s account
Currently you will need to login to each child’s account to making class bookings for that child, however, we are working with the software company on a new feature – to combine all child accounts into one parent account. We hope to introduce this feature very soon!

Purchasing class credits
- We have introduced a more flexible pricing model based on the purchase of ‘class credits’. The credits are automatically deducted when classes are booked. The system will remind you when class credits are getting low.
- If you’re not going to make the class you can easily cancel a booking to save that credit, meaning you only pay for the classes you attend.
The Time Table For Term 4
Whilst we are excited for the new system to be implemented, we did not want to ‘mess’ with the time table. However, we have introduced a new “transition class” specifically for our little ones starting prep next year! We also have plans to introduce a ‘Junior Program’ in the near future! – View the timetable here

What’s in a name?
We’ve decided the studio will be called “The Dance Den” moving forward. The Dance Den will offer several programs into the future, ‘Cubz’ being one of those programs, the ‘Junior Program’ will soon be the other. In time we hope to offer even more programs.
